Review request

Our team will review your request and will be in touch to organise a time to have a pre-therapy interview.

Interview

We will contact you to discuss your therapy requirements so that we can find an appropriate therapist for you.

Arrange therapy

We will get in touch with a therapist and they will contact you to set up an appointment time that suits you.

Therapy

Therapy will take place with the assigned therapist based on the preferences you have requested.

FAQs

How long will it take before I can have therapy?

It can take up to 2 weeks before an assessment is booked in.

Once the assessment is complete you will be offered an appointment for therapy within 2 to 6 weeks.

After your referral has been received you will be booked in for a telephone assessment with one of our practitioners and they will discuss further with you and decide on which form of therapy will be most appropriate for you. This can usually take a couple of weeks.

How can I track the progress of my request?

You can track the progress of your request by logging back into the system, adding the number provided to you when you booked an appointment and this will show you the current progress of your request.

Where do you offer services?

Living Well UK can offer services across the West Midlands.

We are able to support you if you live in Solihull or Birmingham and many of our wellbeing and mindfulness activities can be accessed online from wherever you are and cost you nothing to access them.

Our free online wellbeing activities include Yoga, Pilates, Pilates at Your Desk, Gentle Exercise and tips on good sleep, breathing and meditation.
